Maldives 5* hotel
Travelzoo have a good deal on the Noku hotel in Maldives. However, it is always worth checking your preferred dates on other sites first as it does obviously vary by date. I looked at random dates and the cheapest I found was £2745 for 5 nights in a Beach Villa including breakfast. That may be £145 cheaper but there is no way you would get lunch and dinner for two people for 5 nights for that in the Maldives.
Noku Maldives is a 45-minute seaplane flight from Male International Airport. However, you do have to pay extra for the transfers.
The prices on offer are for full board:
- £2890 — 5 nights in a Beach Villa for 2
- £3138 — 5 nights in a Water Villa for 2
- £3398 — 5 nights in a Water Sunset Pool Villa for 2

The deal is decent if you are likely to do 10 visits as they work out at £14 a visit, much less than the standard fee of £20.
However, since Covid there has been a number of occasions where Priority Pass members have been turned away from lounges due to crowding – I experienced that at Heathrow myself. Or you may face a long wait. Obviously, it depends on when and what time of day you travel. You can of course get unlimited Priority Pass lounge visits with the Amex Platinum card.

My go-to company for parking at the airport is FHR. They offer a range of options at most UK airports and I usually use MBW or Star Parking which have good ratings for meet and greet. You drop your car off in the short term car park which is very handy. For Black Friday new customers can get up to a 25% discount.
