BA last-minute holiday deals
British Airway has some last-minute holiday deals if you are looking to get away in the next few weeks. Don’t forget that BA still has a double tier point offer. To qualify, you’ll need to book a holiday (flights + hotel or flights + car) of at least five nights before 22 October 2022. The accommodation or car hire must be for the entire duration of the holiday.

Up to 40% off luxury hotels including Corinthia and Kempinski
Discovery is the loyalty program for GHA hotel group that consists of a number of luxury brands including Corinthia, Omni and Kempinski.

There isn’t an email that is for general use that I’m aware of. I’d suggest using Flyertalk website to message BAMissingAvios as the simplest way to rectify it. If not you can call them or fill in the complaint form. Twitter is another option. I haven’t received mine either from over 60 days ago. Most people seem to need to chase them manually.
Well that is a nice leeway until 22 October 🙂
