British Airways Reverses Decision to Cancel Bahrain Flights
British Airways has decided to keep its flights to Bahrain, reversing its plan only earlier this month to stop flying to the destination. The airline made this change after listening to customer feedback and reviewing the demand for the route.
I wonder if they will “listen to feedback” on brunch gate… Time will tell.
Bahrain, whilst probably not the first Middle Eastern destination on your hit list, it is popular with business travellers. It’s also a key connection point for travel across the region so does make sense to continue with the route given the popularity of the region.
Virgin Voyages’ Black Friday Offer
Virgin Voyages has unveiled its Wave 2025 Offer, running until 30th January 2025, with pretty impressive savings and perks for 2025 and 2026 sailings. Guests booking for two or four people sharing a cabin can get 40% off their fares.
On top of the discount, travellers will receive a free bar tab, with the amount depending on the voyage length. Cruises of nine nights or more come with a $300 bar credit per cabin, while those lasting six to eight nights include a $200 credit, and shorter trips of four to five nights come with $100.
The offer is available on select cabins, including Sea Terrace and Rockstar Quarters, for eligible 2025 and 2026 voyages booked during the promotional period. Save up to 40% on Luxury Stays with Iberostar

You can get an extra 10% discount with the flexible Modifiable Prepaid Rate, which allows one modification 30 days before check-in.
