Until 1st February, The Wine Flyer is back with a big Avios redemption sale on mixed cases, wines, and spirits, starting at 49p + 1,500 Avios.

Some of the top offers on cases include:
- Big Bold Red Favourites Selection – £6.49 + 20,585 Avios
- Red Wine Discovery Selection – £6.99 + 20,780 Avios
- Cabalié Case – £6.99 + 20,460 Avios
- Wine Flyer Prosecco Selection – £7.29 + 21,910 Avios
Single Bottles:

- Finca Los Trenzones Verdejo – 59p + 1,705 Avios

- Zacapa Heavenly Cask La Pasión – £4.29 + 12,750 Avios
- Johnnie Walker Black Label 1L – £2.39 + 7,600 Avios
Purchasing from The Wine Flyer with Avios is rarely as good a value as purchasing flights, but if you have an Avios balance and want to spend it on drinks, this is a great offer. You should also keep in mind that you only earn Avios on cash paid.
There are plenty of other products on sale too. View the full selection here
Triple Avios on Loch Lomond Whiskies

To celebrate Burns Night, The Wine Flyer also has an offer on Loch Lomond Whiskies when paying in cash. From now until 9th February, you can earn triple Avios.
The sale includes:
- Loch Lomond 12 Year Old Discovery Set (3 x 20cl) – £55.99 – 840 Avios
- Loch Lomond Single Malt Scotch Whisky 18 Year Old – £89.99 – 1,350 Avios
- Loch Lomond Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 Year Old – £46.99 – 705 Avios
With these offers, the rate paid per Avios is 6.67p. As always, keep in mind that BA status discounts will affect the number of Avios you earn.
Air France to Renovate Its La Première Lounge at Paris CDG

Air France La Première is one of the top First Class products in the world, offering an exceptional experience on the ground and in the air. The La Première Lounge at Paris Charles De Gaulle is already fantastic, but it is beginning to feel a little dated compared to the newer Air France facilities.
From 2nd February 2026, the lounge will undergo renovation, with work expected to last a few months. This means the lounge will be closed after 14:00 on Mondays to Saturdays, opening as usual on Sundays. The private suites off the lounge will also not be available.
If you’re travelling when the lounge is closed, you’ll instead be welcomed into the La Première departures renovated vestibule, the space you usually pass through before entering the lounge. Aside from the lounge, all other elements of the usual La Première experience will remain.
It’s important to note that the vestibule is located within the Schengen area. Hopefully, they can keep disruption to a minimum!
Exactly what work will be taking place has not been shared, but recent openings elsewhere and the brand-new La Première product provide a few clues. Expect a more modern aesthetic, with an updated palette and refreshed layout. We may also see changes aligned with newer lounges, such as more zoned spaces and upgraded tech and furniture.
The current lounge has some distinct areas, including the dining area, bar, relaxed lounge seating, the sleep/nap zone and Sisley Spa.
However, since the lounge is still open before 14:00, the renovation is unlikely to be an overhaul!
Double Avios with Royal Caribbean

You can currently collect 6 Avios per £1 spent on Balcony and Suite bookings with Royal Caribbean when you book by 30th January 2026. Other room types earn the usual 3 Avios per £1, and you must book a sailing which departs before the end of 2026 for the bonus.
Cruises are a higher-value purchase than many things you can earn Avios on. You can earn on the entire cruise fare, including taxes and charges, just not extras such as drinks packages and excursions. For example, if you book a Suite Room on a 7-night cruise for £8,000 (eligible spend), you’ll collect 48,000 Avios. Just note, there’s a maximum of 100,000 Avios per booking.
You can book direct via Royal Caribbean; there’s no requirement to click via Avios.com. Add your membership number at the time of booking for BA, Vueling, Iberia or Aer Lingus, depending on where you want to credit your Avios.
In summer 2026, there are even some cruises leaving from Southampton, including Northern Europe, Spain & Portugal and Norwegian Fjords itineraries. You could also depart from Barcelona, Hong Kong or Miami, among others.
Avios will be credited up to 28 days after your sailing.
