Shangri La redemption offer

Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi review

Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi

The Less is More redemption promotion is back for Shangri-La members. Even if you don’t stay very often at Shangri-la it is worth earning as you can redeem small amounts of points for food and beverage or spa treatments. I spent a very enjoyable evening at Shangri La London with £100 dining credit from a couple of Shangri La stays. You also get Jade membership with the Amex Platinum card.

You can redeem for a Room Award redemption stay in a Standard Room, a Club Room and Executive Suite at any Shangri-La hotel, Kerry hotel, Hotel Jen and Traders hotel worldwide, excluding the following hotels:

• JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La
• JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La
• Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai
• Shangri-La Al Husn Resort and Spa
• Shangri-La Hotel, Hefei
• Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Yuanqu
• Shangri-La Hotel, Tangshan
• Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar
• Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver
• Shangri-La’s Villingili Resort & Spa, Maldives
• Shangri-La’s Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka
• Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa
• Shangri-La’s Sanya Resort & Spa, Hainan

The redemption booking must be made from noon on 15 October to noon on 30 October 2020 (Hong Kong Time) for stays from 15 October 2020 to 31 January 2021. The discounts vary from 20-40% off the regular rate.

Given the timescales, you are probably looking fairly close to home for a redemption. Here are some options:

  1. Its not Club World… its Club Europe.. im guessing a typo..

  2. Is it even worth chasing tier points when BA have extended executive club cards for another year and you don’t get many club Europe benefits currently?

  3. I haven’t been able to find the 187 rate for Corfu – any tips?

Have your say
