BA resumes Nuremberg
British Airways recently suspended its Nuremberg service for 2024 but now is temporarily bringing it back from London Heathrow between 28 November 2024 and 5 January 2025.
This is presumably to coincide with the Christmas Market season. The service will run four times a week.

Earn double Virgin Points
Virgin Trains Ticketing (the rail ticketing app) is offering customers the chance to earn double points on their train travel during ‘Better Transport Week’. Travellers that book train tickets through the app between Monday 17 and Sunday 23 June 2024, for travel on any date, will earn six Virgin Points (instead of three) for every £1 spent.
Points are credited within seven days of your travel date, so this is a good way to earn some points quickly.

IHG 5000 point bonus for joining
IHG has a good offer for anyone who wants to join their loyalty scheme. It could also be worth looking at the IHG Ambassador program as well which is their paid program that can work out free with the free weekend stay offer.
The catch is that once you have registered for the offer and joined, you will need to complete your stay within 21 days of your joining date to get the bonus. The offer is available until 13 September 2024.
