If you missed out there are likely to be some good deals on winter routes from Gatwick with British Airways in their Black Friday sale which will happen around 24 November, assuming they follow the pattern of previous years. You can also still get a 10% discount on BA’s Gatwick flights using this link.  The discount is only available on flights starting from London Gatwick on British Airways mainline flights to any European or UK destination. The discount is available in any cabin but not available on ‘Basic’ fares. The i360 is also worth a visit if you are heading to Brighton. For those not familiar with the British Airways i360, it’s an observation tower which opened in August 2016 in Brighton & Hove. It’s the tallest observation tower in the world at 162m. You will glide slowly up to 138m in a fully enclosed glass observation pod for 360-degree views across Brighton & Hove, the South Downs and the south coast. The British Airways i360 pod is ten times the size of a London Eye capsule and carries up to 200 passengers. Whilst in the pod you can walk around freely and enjoy a drink at the Nyetimber Sky Bar, which serves their award-winning English sparkling wine and other drinks from the region.
