Given the ever increasing demand for British Airways reward seats, thanks to the growth of Avios, collectors should book reward seats months in advance because the best seats are often taken very quickly.
Booking early dramatically improves choice, value, and cabin quality. Here are some of the best British Airways reward seat availability for summer 2026, courtesy of Reward Flight Finder:
Short Haul
London Gatwick – Antalya, Turkey
You’ll find some Economy availability in June, July and August 2026, although it’s pretty limited. Business Class looks good though, with many days across summer having 4 Business Class seats to book.
London Gatwick – Bari, Italy
Reward seat availability is excellent across June, July and August at the moment. There are lots of days with 6 seats in each cabin to book.
London Heathrow – Cairo, Egypt
There are still loads of availability across summer 2026 – most days have 6 Economy and 4 Business Class seats to book with your Avios.
London Heathrow – Lisbon, Portugal
You’ll find decent availability in both cabins between June and August 2026, with a great selection of days having 6 Economy seats and 4 Business Class to book.
London Gatwick – Seville, Spain
There are still a good number of reward seats to book between June and August 2026. You’ll find days with 6 seats in each cabin to book with your Avios.
Long- haul
London Heathrow – Bermuda, BOT
At the moment, there’s a lovely patch of reward seat availability between June and August 2026, with many days having 4 Premium Economy and 4 Business Class seats to snap up.
London Heathrow – Johannesburg, South Africa
If you look now, you’ll find some Premium Economy and Business Class availability for summer 2026. Premium Economy has quite a lot of days having 2 seats. Business Class has availability in June and August, with patches of dates having 4 seats. This won’t be the case for long, we’d imagine.
London Heathrow – Nassau, The Bahamas
Premium Economy reward seat availability is ripe to book from June to August 2026 with a good amount of days having 3 seats. Business Class also has days with 2 seats in June and July, but 5 or 6 seats in August 2026. Go, go, go!
London Gatwick – Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
Right now, there are some scraps of Premium Economy and Business Class Avios availability in June and August 2026 with patches of days having 4 seats.
London Heathrow – Shanghai, China
