GUIDE: Are the Accor ALL PLUS Frequent Traveller Cards Worth the Cost?

  • 17/08/2025
  • Sylvie Simpson

The Accor ALL PLUS Subscription Cards, also known as Accor Frequent Traveller Cards, are annual memberships that offer a range of benefits, including stay discounts and complimentary status nights.

There are two options: the ALL PLUS Voyageur card and the ALL PLUS Ibis card. Both are interlinked with the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.

These cards contribute to the growing trend of ‘pay for perks’ in the hotel industry, where you can achieve status through means other than the number of stays or the amount spent. Other cards include the Hilton Debit Cards, IHG Ambassador Membership, and instant hotel status with the AMEX Marriott Bonvoy and AMEX Platinum cards.

If you find yourself staying at Accor hotels regularly, the Accor PLUS membership could be a valuable option.

This is part 3 of our Accor Live Limitless series. Make sure you also read our guide to the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Programme and How to Earn and Spend Accor Points for Maximum Value.

An Overview of the Accor ALL PLUS Cards

This article primarily discusses the Accor Voyageur card, but I will also briefly touch on the Ibis version.

The Accor ALL PLUS Voyageur Card

  • €199 – works out around £197.17 when paying in GBP:

  • 20 free status nights (Instant Silver status and just 10 nights to reach Gold)
  • 20% discount across 11 luxury and premium brands and 15% off at ten midscale and Economy brands. The discount is valid on all public rates, not just the Best Flexible Rate
  • Discounts on up to two rooms per stay
  • Guaranteed room availability up to two days before arrival

Apply Here >>>

The Accor ALL PLUS Ibis Card

This card only covers Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Ibis Budget.

Accor Plus Ibis

  • Advertised at €99, but if buying in the UK, it works out at approx £99.17, depending on currency conversions on the day.

  • 10 free status nights (Instant Silver and 20 nights needed for Gold)
  • Discount valid for two rooms per stay
  • Guaranteed room availability up to two days before arrival (normally a benefit of Platinum status)

This Ibis card replaces the old Ibis Business cards. If you regularly choose Ibis when you travel, this subscription could provide significant value. The room discount brings some value back and compensates for the lack of points earned. As you can’t earn and redeem points at Ibis budget hotels, the discount can at least provide some value.

One of the most important factors in deciding whether Accor ALL PLUS is right for you is the 21 brands the card covers. Do these brands make up the majority of your stays?

The main point to note here is the lack of high-end luxury brands that participate. If you were hoping to use your card for discounts on Fairmont, Raffles, etc, you’re out of luck. However, several premium brands are listed, including MGallery, Mövenpick, and Pullman.

20% off Luxury Brands:

  • Sofitel
  • Sofitel LEGEND
  • SO/

20% off Premium Brands:

  • 21C Museum Hotels
  • Adagio Premium
  • Grand Mercure
  • MGallery
  • Mondrian
  • Mövenpick
  • Pullman
  • The Sebel

15% off Midscale Brands:

  • Adagio Original
  • Handwritten Collection
  • Mercure
  • Novotel
  • Tribe

15% off Economy Brands:

  • Adagio Access
  • greet
  • ibis
  • ibis budget
  • ibis Styles

If you’re unsure whether the card would be worth it for you, this calculator can prove extremely useful:

Hotels Not Included

Note: Some properties listed under accepted brands do not participate in ALL PLUS and therefore, the cards are not accepted. Double-check before booking.

In the UK, the only hotels not participating, which are listed as ‘participating brands’, are the Sofitel London St James, Adagio Leicester, and ibis York Centre.

If you’re travelling to any of the following destinations, take note of these:

  • France: Hôtel L’Échiquier Opéra Paris MGallery, Hôtel Stendhal Place Vendôme Paris MGallery, Hotel de la Cité Carcassonne MGallery, Grand Hôtel Beauvau Marseille MGallery, ibis budget Reims Parc des Expositions, numerous ibis budget locations.
  • Netherlands: Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, Canal House Suites at Sofitel Legend, ibis Styles Den Haag City Centre
  • Germany: Mercure MOA Berlin, Mercure Hamburg am Volkspark, Mercure Stuttgart Gerlingen, ibis Wuppertal City
  • Switzerland: Mercure Plaza Biel, Mercure Lenzburg Krone, ibis Locarno
  • Italy: Mercure Olbia, ibis Styles Milano Est Settala, ibis Styles Milano Centro
  • Poland: MGallery Bachleda Luxury Hotel Krakow, ibis Styles Tomaszow Lubelski
  • Estonia: ibis Tallinn Centre
  • Belgium: ibis budget Antwerpen Port
  • Ireland: ibis Dublin
  • Romania: Swissôtel Poiana Brașov, ibis Styles Arad
  • Kazakhstan: Swissôtel Resort Alatau Almaty
  • Canada: MGallery Hotel Belmont (Vancouver), Novotel Montreal Centre, Novotel Toronto North York
  • US: Sofitel New York, MGallery Hotel Ändra Seattle
  • Mexico: Mondrian Mexico City
  • China: Mondrian Hong Kong

How the Accor ALL PLUS Voyageur Card Works

Once you have an Accor PLUS card, you will immediately get benefits on the stays you book. The benefits will not apply to hotels already booked.

Cost: Worth It?

The short answer is that you should list all your planned stays through the next 12 months and note if they are Ibis or another participating Accor brand. Then use the calculator to see how much this would save you. If it’s more than what you may pay for the card, it may be a worthwhile investment. If it’s worth a very similar amount, it could still be worth getting the card due to the status nights and additional points offered.

Accor has in the past run a 20% discount off the card. There have also been past offers of a 15% off coupon when you buy a £150 Accor voucher.

15-20% Off Stays

Accor all plus frequent traveller cards
Some savings examples

Although not all hotels and brands participate, if you’re staying at properties with a high nightly rate, you can easily save much more than you paid for the card.

However, as an Accor Live Limitless member (free to sign up), you already save 10% so you’re essentially only saving 5-10% more. But even this can make a huge difference to a high-value stay.

According to the calculator, the average saving from 3 nights in a luxury Accor brand is €242. At premium brands, you can save €205 from 5 nights.

Status Nights

The ALL PLUS Voyageur card comes with 20 status nights. This means you will receive immediate Silver status. If you’re purchasing the card, the chances are that you’ll be staying 10 nights a year. You’ll then be able to benefit from Gold status 20 nights earlier than you would have. Your status nights will be credited 1 day from the date of card purchase.

However, it’s worth noting that if you regularly stay at high-end properties, you’re more likely to qualify for Accor status via spend. You may be able to do this much faster than staying 10 nights. However, the card may still be worth it for you if you can get a 20% discount on your stay.

Here’s a reminder of the qualification for each status level:

Status                    Nights Required for Status Status Points Required for Status Equivalent Spend Break-even Room Rate Per Night to Earn Status Via Spent Faster Than Via Nights
Silver 10 nights 2,000 points €800 €80
Gold 30 nights 7,000 points €2,800 €93.33
Platinum 60 nights 14,000 points €5,600 €93.33
Diamond N/A (points only) 26,000 points €10,400 Diamond status is earned by spending €10,400 only

Read more about this in our Accor loyalty programme guide.

Guaranteed Availability

Your card will guarantee room availability up to two days prior to arrival. Without the card, you will only have this benefit with Platinum status.

  • You must book at least two days in advance and before 12 pm local time.
  • The guaranteed availability benefit only guarantees a room, not a specific type or category.
  • This benefit cannot be combined with room discounts.
  • Thalassa and Adagio properties require a minimum 7-night stay to receive this benefit.

Customer Support

Although you’ll have better access to dedicated support, it is not the same as what you’d get at higher status levels. Don’t expect VIP service!

Tips

Signing Up

Once you’re on the ALLPLUS page and you’ve chosen your card, click ‘subscribe or renew’. Since Accor have most of the details they need from you anyway, you just need to confirm your details are up to date and pay.

Membership Expiry

The Accor PLUS cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Ensure you time your subscription to coincide with upcoming trips. Benefits only apply if your card is valid on the check-in date and remains active throughout your stay.

Sign up here >>>

Purchasing Both Cards

It is possible to purchase both cards. Since benefits overlap, buying both cards is rarely worthwhile. The only reason you would do this is to stack the status nights to earn instant Gold status. This again depends on whether you would earn status through spend or nights.

Add the Two Bonus Status Nights from Flying Blue

Flying Blue is currently offering a bonus when you link your accounts. After your first flight, you’ll receive two status nights with Accor. After your first stay, you’ll receive 10XP with Flying Blue.

Soft Landing

Once you have Accor Gold status, even if you’ve fast-tracked it via a card, Accor has a soft landing approach to its loyalty programme. You will not revert to Classic straight away if you don’t meet the requirements; you will retain Silver status the following year. Then you have another year of enjoying benefits (even if there are fewer). If you earn Diamond status, you can enjoy benefits for years to come.

Tech Issues

I’ve always found the Accor site to be generally reliable. However, there have been multiple reports of Voyageur rates not appearing or being more expensive than the standard rate. Always check the rate when logged on and off.

Cashback Sites and Portals

If you shop via a cashback site like Topcashback or an airline portal such as Avios.com, the discount is still eligible. You can also combine this with paying with a points-earning credit card.

Things to Note from the Terms

  • ALL PLUS discounts cannot be combined with Member Rates, flash sales, or package deals. This includes the free ALL programme’s 10% discount.
  • You can cancel within 14 days (cooling-off period)—but only if you haven’t used any benefits yet.
  • Renewal must be done manually either online or at a participating hotel within 30 days before or after expiry.

Other Things to Note

  • Blackout dates also apply. Even one blackout night in a stay will invalidate the discount for all nights in a continuous booking.
  • You can also pay partially with points, even with the discount applied.

Alternative Options

Accor Shareholders Club

The Accor Shareholders Club: If you have a registered Accor share or 50 bearer shares, you can join the shareholders club and receive one-off complimentary Gold status.

Accor ALL PLUS Vs ALL Signature: An Alternative Option?

ALL Signature is specifically designed for the Brazilian market. This card is based on a membership of £8.50 to £86.50 per month. You will earn 500-5,000 reward points each month, bonus points every 4 months, 10% more points on partner transfers, 100-1,000 monthly status points and more. With this membership, your points won’t expire.

I’ve read a few forums where people have this membership even though they are based outside of Brazil. It’s not marketed in the UK market, but it’s not banned.

Accor PLUS vs Accor ALL PLUS

Accor PLUS is a similar card, but it’s aimed at those in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and India. The price is £205 per year, and the main difference is the free hotel night offered, which includes stays at Sofitel/Pullman, among others. If you travel regularly to the Asia Pacific, this option may still be suitable for you. ALL PLUS cards cannot be used alongside Accor PLUS. It’s a shame a card similar to this isn’t available for stays in Europe!

Final Words

The value of purchasing an ALL PLUS Voyageur card is clear. Guaranteed availability 2 days before, 20 status nights (instant Silver) and just 10 more nights needed to reach Gold. There’s also the option to purchase both cards for instant Gold status.

Combined with the stay discounts, it’s easy to see how this card could save you much more than you paid, especially if you regularly stay at participating high-end brands. It is a shame to see so many high-end brands do not participate, but you can still get significant value at brands like Sofitel. MGallery, Mövenpick and Pullman.

However, if your nightly spend is above €93.33, you can earn status faster via the spend requirement than the number of nights stayed. Spend is also the only way to reach Diamond status. Although whether you earn status with nights or stays, you may still find the card worth it for the discounts.

If you have three or more luxury stays or seven or more mid-range stays at participating Accor brands coming up, it’s worth running the numbers with the calculator to discover how much you would save.

The All Plus Voyageur is now a dead duck since the changes made to All plus that will be renamed ALL Accor+ Explorer on 1st October 2025. All Accor+ Explorer members will now receive 30 bonus Status Nights, instead of 20. Thus this new card will now automatically upgrade you to ALL Gold status instead of Silver. The new card also gives you 15% off the public rates at 4,500+ hotels worldwide instead of being previously just limited Asia. Of course if you are in Asia you can also get up to 50% off Red Hot and Rooms plus 30% off dining and 15% off drinks that are some nice additional savings. The downside of course is Accor will be swamped with gold and platinium members meaning less upgrades and overcrowded lounges.

It’s definitely a step up from the older style of No1. I’d go as far to say that it looks better than quite a few airline lounges.
