Black Friday can be a minefield as there are offers here there and everywhere, but you’re not always getting the best deal. Etihad and Qatar are known for fairly decent sales, so we wanted to do the hard work for you and do a round up of some of the best deals we could find. Some fares may seem a bit high but we have included them for comparison basis.

Qatar doesn’t seem to offer any decent deals from London, so you will definitely have to travel ex-EU to make the most of their sale.

Qatar has claimed this is their biggest sale yet, however, their 30% off offer only applies to Economy, so for those of us wanting to fly in Business or First Class it may take some searching. 

It is a shame that Etihad is not yet part of an alliance, but they appear to be the airline of choice for more reasonable luxury travel. 

There are some great fares as long as you are flexible with dates.

• Etihad to Japan from Zurich for £1672 return in Business Class.
• Etihad to Johannesburg from Milan for £1437 return in Business Class. 
• Qatar to Shanghai from Milan for £1411 return in Business Class.
• Qatar to Maldives from Rome for £1400 return in Business Class.
• Qatar to Bangkok from Rome for £1360 return in Business Class

Both sales end on 3rd December, so you will need to be quick to book these deals.
