We’re in peak booking season, which can only mean one thing – ever increasing demand for British Airways and Iberia reward seats. Looking at Reward Flight Finder’s Worldwide Map tool, here’s some of the best availability right now. This is changing frequently though, as more and more people snap up Avios bookings. So if you’re looking for a trip, don’t delay:
Short Haul
London Heathrow – Billund, with British Airways
You’ll see some really nice availability from June 2026, to March 2027, with lots of days having 6 Economy and 6 Business Class seats to book with points
London Heathrow – Bucharest, with British Airways
Reward seat availability is excellent across from June 2026, to February 2027. There are lots of days with 4 seats in each Economy, and 4 seats in Business Class.
London City, Gatwick and Heathrow – Madrid, with Iberia
There’s abundant Economy availability from the end of May 2026, right through to January 2027. Most days have 6 seats in Economy and 4 seats in Business.
London Gatwick – Funchal, with British Airways
There’s some nice availability from November 2026 to March 2027- with a good selection of days having 6 Economy and 4 Business Class seats to book with your Avios.
London Gatwick, Heathrow – Paphos, with British Airways
You’ll find decent patches of availability in both cabins in May, June and November 2026, with days having 4 Economy seats and 4 Business Class to book.
London Gatwick – Seville, with British Airways
You’ll find some good stretches of reward seats to book in May, June and July 2026, where some days have 4 seats in each cabin. After that, there’s excellent availability in both cabins from October to March 2027, where you’ll find lots of days with 4 seats in each cabin to book with your Avios.
Long Haul
London Gatwick – Cancun, with British Airways
Right now, there’s a lovely amount of reward seat availability between May and October 2026, with many days having 4 Premium Economy, and 4 Business Class seats to snap up.
London Heathrow – Lagos, with British Airways
Look now, and you’ll find some great Premium Economy and Business Class availability for from August 2026, through to March 2027. Both Premium Economy and Business Class have a lot of days with 4 seats.
London Heathrow – Miami, with British Airways
From September 2026, to March 2027, there’s excellent reward seat availability in both Premium Economy and Business Class – with many days having 6 seats in each cabin
London Heathrow – Nassau, with British Airways
Always hugely popular, at the moment there’s nice Premium Economy seat availability from June 2026, to March 2027, with quite a lot of days having 2 seats. For Business Class check September, October and March 2027, where there are days with 2 seats to book with points.
Madrid – New York, with Iberia
A key Avios sweet spot, you can book a reward seat from London to Madrid, and then Madrid to New York, where you might be able to save some Avios costs compared to BA. Right now there’s a large amount of Premium Economy reward seat availability between September 2026 and March 2027, with a lots of days having 2 seats to book with Avios.
