Loganair Announces Four New Routes from Jersey Plus More Bristol Flights

Loganair will launch four new direct routes from Jersey in time for summer 2026, including Norwich, East Midlands, Dublin and Paris Charles de Gaulle. This is all part of Loganair’s expansion of the growing Jersey base.
New UK route details include:
| Route | Days | Start Date | Lowest Fare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Norwich | Saturdays | 9th May | £99.99 |
| East Midlands | Daily | 31st May | £84.00 |
| Dublin | Mondays and Fridays | 1st June | £89.00 |
Loganair has also announced more flights on the Bristol route from 2nd June with extra Tuesday and Friday services and two Sunday flights.
Paris will be Loganair’s first commercial route to France and will be ideal for island residents to connect to long-haul flights. The service will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 31st May. Fares start at £94.99 one way.
All routes operate in Economy only. If you’re planning to book with Avios, flights cost 6,500 Avios each way, plus taxes and charges. This is for a ‘Fly’ Class ticket. You can use ‘Transfer my Avios’ via Avios.com to put Avios in your Loganair account if needed.
Cash prices are reasonable but not low for these routes, so you could get great value if paying with Avios, especially on peak dates when cash prices increase while Avios pricing remains fixed.
Avios earning rates for Loganair flights include 410 Avios for a ‘Fly’ ticket and 650 for ‘Fly Flex’. It’s 1,300 for Fly Flex+, which includes premium seating, a snack and drink, extra Avios, and fast-track security. You could then use a lounge access card, such as Priority Pass or DragonPass, for access.
Tickets are on sale now for Summer 2026 travel. Search flights with Loganair here.

Virgin Voyages One Sailing Status Match Valid for One Sailing

Virgin Voyages has just launched a limited-time Sailing Club status match. Until 28th February 2026, you can match your cruise, airline or hotel status with Virgin Voyages ‘Blue Extras’ loyalty programme tier, which comes with a range of benefits for the primary sailor, such as:
- One complimentary bag of laundry
- One specialty coffee per day
- An invitation to an exclusive onboard cocktail event
- Dedicated Sailing Club Sailor Services support
The match is valid only for new bookings made by 31st March 2026. Unfortunately, existing bookings will not be eligible.
Once Virgin approves your status, they will email you a single-use Access Key that will upgrade you to ‘Blue Extras’ for your sailing.
Sailing Club has two status levels, as with Virgin Atlantic. ‘Blue Extras’ is mid-tier status, usually earned after 3-4 Virgin Voyages cruises. ‘Deep Blue Extras’ currently has no status match is top-tier status, earned after 5+ cruises, and includes benefits such as 2 specialty coffees per day, $100 bar tab credit, unlimited premium Wi-Fi, and Priority Boarding.
The best thing about this match is it’s available to a huge range of status holders across land, sea and air, including:

To apply for the temporary match, create or log in to your Virgin Voyages account, complete the status match request form, and upload proof of status (screenshot or digital card is fine).
These benefits are certainly nice to have, and it’s a great opportunity to see what it would be like to have ‘Blue Extras’ status. If you will definitely make a booking before 31st March, don’t yet have Sailing Club status, and you hold status eligible for the match, there’s no reason not to.
