Aer Lingus long haul sale from £1650
Aer Lingus has a new long haul sale from Manchester which includes business class. I flew Aer Lingus long haul a couple of months ago and felt that they have really upped their game recently and were definitely better than American and BA’s old business class (and I think better food than BA too).
The sale must be booked by 16th September 2024 but you can travel between 1st October 2024 to 31st March 2025.

Marriott Bonvoy – up to 6000 bonus points stay promotion
Two new Marriott Bonvoy global promotions will allow members to earn up to 6,000 bonus points on a two- or more-night stay. Unlike Hilton’s promotions, Marriott’s are a bit rarer, so it is good to see a new one with two potential bonuses.
In addition to the main promotion, eligible Marriott Bonvoy Card Members can take advantage of the It’s in the Cards ® promotion and earn 2,000 bonus points on a 2+ night stay at participating Marriott Bonvoy properties.
The good news is that the UK Marriott Bonvoy Amex card is included, and you can register for both the global and the It’s in the Cards ® promotions. You need to register for each separately. The good news is that existing stays count but you must register for each of the promotions separately. Reward nights do not count.
Global Promotion
Marriott Bonvoy members who register for the promotion by 12 November 2024, and stay at a participating Marriott Bonvoy property for 2+ nights between 10 September 10 – 26 November 2024, will earn 2,000 bonus points on each paid stay.
Plus, members can earn an additional 2,000 bonus points on each stay of 2+ nights at MGM Collection in Las Vegas and earn up to 4,000 bonus points on each stay. You can read more about the MGM collection here.
It’s In The Cards ® Promotion
Marriott Bonvoy Card Members holding any of Marriott Bonvoy’s 32 global cobranded Credit Cards can register their Marriott Bonvoy® Account until 12 November 2024, to earn 2,000 bonus points on each eligible stay of 2+ nights that 0 September 10 – 26 November 2024 at select properties. You will need to have had a Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card by 16 August 2024 to qualify.
You can register for the promotions and find more details here. To find the promotions, log in, click on your name and then you will see a “Promotions” option. Remember to register for both promotions if you have the Bonvoy Amex.
IHG new sales up to 20% off or 4th night free
IHG has launched a couple of new offers for almost everywhere apart from Europe and the Americas.
IHG’s Resorts Escape sale
The sale is on until 11 September 2024 and gives discounts up to 20% with breakfast included. You can stay until 30 June 2025.
You must stay three nights or more at selected resorts in Australia, Japan, Micronesia, French Polynesia, the South Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

IHG’s Suite Deals
When you book 4 nights in a Suite at any participating hotel in Southwest Asia, the Middle East and Africa, the 4th night is free and 2 kids up to 17 years stay and eat for free. Breakfast is also included. The Suite Deal offer is available for stays until 31 October 2024.
