If you have always wanted to experience business class or fly on a B787 Dreamliner, Air France will be using their new B787 between London and Paris for a short period next year. This will allow you to discover Air France’s updated long haul product from £249 return. The B787 also has the same reverse herringbone style seating as Qatar and Finnair. This allows every passenger to have direct aisle access as well as a fully flat-bed.
Below is the B777 version which gives you a good idea of what to expect.
Air France’s first Dreamliner was delivered to Paris this week. The first commercial service will be between Paris and Cairo on 9 January 2017. Montreal will become the next route on May 1 when the second B787-9 is delivered.
Flights to Paris
The LHR-CDG offer flights will operate daily, except for Wednesdays, between February 6 and March 25 2017.
Prices are from £69 in Economy Class or £249 in Business Class return, including tax , if booked by 8 December 2016.
The flights that you need to book for the B787 are the following (bit of an early start I’m afraid)
LHR-CDG AF1681 Departs 0940 Arrives 1155
CDG-LHR AF1680 Departs 0725 Arrives 0740
You can combine them with a different aircraft one way if you don’t fancy the early start but that will cost slightly more. The special promotion page is here.
Look out for my trip report next year.
