Priority Pass Launches ‘Priority Pass Private’
Priority Pass, best known for its airport lounge pass memberships, has just launched a new luxurious service aimed at high-net-worth travellers. Unfortunately, the service is invite-only. It’s a benefit which will be offered by Priority Pass partners, including private banks and wealth management companies. Pricing has also not been made public.
Initially, the launch will be in Europe and the Middle East across more than 76 airports across 30 countries in major travel corridors.
The concept is all about removing the hassle from airport travel. You can expect:
- Personal meet and assist
- Fast check-in
- Security and immigration assistance
- Access to VIP lounges and gourmet dining
- Chauffeured airside transfers
- Discreet boarding
In the UK, airports covered include Luton, Gatwick and Heathrow. Each location will offer its own “distinctive take on luxury”, meaning services could vary by airport. Priority Pass also promises access to “the world’s most exclusive private terminals”, though it has yet to spell out which facilities this covers.
There’s certainly a demand for products that offer some level of luxury above flying in Business or having airline status. We’ve seen a variety of launches recently, including the Aether Private Terminal and the Marhaba Meet and Greet.
Christopher Evans, CEO of Collinson International, which owns and operates Priority Pass, says:
“In today’s evolving world of luxury travel, the most discerning and high-net-worth travellers expect more than a seamless airport experience; they value time, privacy and exclusivity. Priority Pass Private was created to meet this need, transforming time in transit into time well spent. We are proud to bring this vision to life, reimagining travel for the world’s most elite travellers.”

Redeem Your Virgin Points for VIP Gig Nights at The O2
On Wednesday, I went to see Lewis Capaldi at The O2, watching from the Virgin Red Room instead of the usual seats, and I absolutely loved it. From the exclusivity of the space to the amazing central viewing position, it’s a truly VIP experience for live music fans.
The Red Room is an exclusive lounge-style space seating 28 people. The concept is inspired by the sophistication of a members’ club or secret bar and has Virgin’s modern aesthetic throughout.
When you arrive, you can enjoy VIP entry lanes. Once in the Red Room, you’ll receive two complimentary drinks per person. Food and drinks are also available for purchase, including pizza, salads, and antipasti boards.
How to Book
The Virgin Red Room is exclusively for Virgin Red members. It’s free to sign up, and no status is needed. You can transfer points from the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club to Virgin Red and vice versa.
There are a huge number of ways to collect Virgin Red points from booking trains via Virgin Trains Ticketing to spending with retail partners. Read our full guide to earning Virgin Points for more details.
At present, you can book shows with Virgin Points until the end of 2025. Tickets start from 25,000 Virgin Points and include entry for two guests.
