Iberia up to 20% off Avios bookings
Iberia Plus is offering up to 20% off the Avios required to purchase award tickets on selected Iberia Group routes (Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum).
The flights can be one-way or return on selected Iberia Group routes on Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum. You can book the reduced rates until Wednesday 23 September 2026.
The flight dates can be as far in advance as 18 March 2027, which is good; however, the offer excludes the Christmas period, from 18 December 2026 to 12 January 2027.
There are quite a number of destinations available with business class discounts, which you can see in the list below.
If you have Avios in your BA account, you can transfer them to your Iberia Plus account instantly. However, there is one catch. Your Iberia Plus account must meet two conditions:
- It must be at least 90 days old.
- You must have earned at least 1 Avios directly in the Iberia program, such as through a flight, a credit card partner, or a hotel stay transfer.

50% bonus on buying Avios with Finnair
The latest Finnair Buy Avios promotion has launched and runs until 5 October 2026, offering up to a 50% bonus on Avios.
Please note that you need to log in to see the prices and bonus rates and to buy Avios. You now have to have two-factor authentication enabled on your Finnair account to buy points. The Avios will be added to your account 1–3 days after the purchase.

The bad news is that the offer is only applicable to Finnair Plus members who joined the program before 18 September 2026 and have a minimum balance of 50 Avios in their Finnair Plus account. Obviously, you could transfer some Avios from BA into your account to get the 50 Avios.
The annual buy limit is up to 200,000 Avios per year.
The Avios bonus is staggered, so you would have to buy a substantial amount to get the full bonus. There are usually better buy Avios promotions with British Airways if you only want to buy a small amount, so I would wait for their next promotion. You could also use the Boost Avios option, which is one of the cheapest ways to buy Avios, but obviously, you need to have earned Avios in order to boost them!
