Boost Avios by 500% for a limited time
Boosting Avios is usually the cheapest way to “buy” a one-off amount of Avios. However, it only works if you have earned Avios in the last 30 days that you can boost. You pay a fee to multiply the Avios you have earned by up to 3x. You need at least 1 Avios in your account to boost a transaction and can boost up to 500 transactions in one purchase. You can boost up to 300,000 extra Avios a year at the lower purchase price.
There is now a limited-time offer to boost your Avios by up to 500%. The offer ends 23:59 BST on Wednesday 16 September 2026.
How to boost your transactions:
- Log in to view your eligible transactions and choose which ones you want to boost.
- Choose a multiplier – boost transactions by 100%, 200%, 300% and for a limited time 400% and 500%.
- Pay for the boost. Once your payment is complete, your Avios will usually appear in your account straight away. In some cases, it can take up to 3 working days.

Etihad introduces well-being enhancements
Etihad Airways, has introduced Etihad Wellbeing, a new programme bringing together the airline’s latest product and service enhancements designed to help guests travel more comfortably and arrive feeling rested and refreshed. It will help people maintain their regular healthy habits when travelling which is often the first thing to go out of the window on a trip!
The programme encompasses the whole journey, from dedicated quiet spaces and relaxing pre-departure spa treatments in the Etihad Lounges at Zayed International Airport, to luxury amenities, natural bedding, nutritious dining options and hydrating vitamin and electrolyte drinks inflight.

Etihad now offers an enhanced range of dining options supporting a healthy lifestyle, with nutritious, protein-rich dishes, plant-forward options, and a wide selection of special meals available for those following a specialist diet for health, wellbeing or religious reasons. Across First and The Residence, guests can enjoy natural cotton bedding, memory foam mattresses and premium sleepwear. In Business, Etihad recently introduced its new Destination Collection amenity kits featuring skincare products from Korean beauty brand LANEIGE, including a Water Sleeping Mask, Lip Sleeping Mask and hand cream.
Guests in First receive skincare amenities from ESPA, as well as facial sheet masks and under-eye masks to restore and rejuvenate skin while flying.
Etihad is also launching a new signature scent onboard and in the airline’s lounges. The unique fragrance has been designed exclusively for Etihad to create a calm and familiar atmosphere.
The programme also includes Etihad’s Quiet Cabin initiative, which reduces non-essential announcements and supports a calmer onboard environment. Guests can also access meditation, stretching and sleep content through Etihad’s inflight entertainment, while many aircraft feature lighting designed to support rest and reduce jetlag on long-haul journeys.

How to participate in the offer:
- You must explicitly opt into the deal via the J.P. Morgan Pension Transfer Offer Page and provide your British Airways Club membership number to claim Avios.
- You must initiate your eligible pension transfers through your dashboard by 26 November 2026.
- You must keep the full transferred amount invested with J.P. Morgan Personal Investing until at least 26 November 2027. Making withdrawals that drop your transferred balance during this period will lower your reward tier or disqualify you.
- Payout Window: Your Avios will be credited to your British Airways Club account within 60 days after the holding period ends (early 2028).
Obviously, switching pensions is a big decision, and you should seek financial advice before doing so and check with your current provider about exit fees or loss of benefits and the risks of transferring your pension.
