Accor Launches Double and Triple Points Offer for Autumn Stays

ALL Accor has launched a new promotion offering double Reward points on stays across the UK, Europe and selected neighbouring countries this autumn.

ALL members can earn 2x Reward points, while ALL Accor+ members can earn 3x points when booking an eligible ALL Accor+ rate.

You’ll need to register for the promotion and then book between 24 August and 13 September 2026, for stays between 7 September and 27 December 2026. Importantly, bookings made before registering won’t qualify.

There’s a minimum stay of two nights, and the promotion can be used twice per member, so potentially four or more nights could benefit across two separate stays.

The UK is included alongside a wide range of destinations including France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland and Morocco.

Bookings must be made directly with Accor, either online, through the app, call centre or directly with the hotel. Third-party bookings through sites such as Booking.com or Expedia won’t qualify.

The 3x offer does have an important catch: ALL Accor+ members must book an eligible ALL Accor+ rate. If one isn’t available, you’ll receive the standard 2x offer instead.

This is a decent promotion, particularly if you already have an Accor stay planned for the autumn. There’s a good range of luxury brands within Accor including Fairmont, Raffles and Sofitel, so the extra points can add up nicely on a more expensive stay.

Just remember to register before booking, as doing it the other way around will mean missing out on the bonus.

Marriott Bonvoy Up to 10,000 Bonus Points on Homes & Villas Stays

Marriott Bonvoy has launched a new Homes & Villas promotion offering 2,000 bonus points per night, up to a maximum of 10,000 bonus points per stay.

The offer is available on qualifying stays booked by 1 October 2026 and completed by 31 December 2026, and there’s no registration required.

There are a few conditions to be aware of. You’ll need to spend at least $1,500 before taxes, deposits and cleaning fees, with a minimum stay of two nights. The booking must also be 100% paid in cash, so using Bonvoy points for even part of the stay will mean you don’t qualify for the bonus.

The 2,000 points per night are on top of the usual Marriott Bonvoy earnings. Homes & Villas bookings earn 5 base points per $1 spent, plus the relevant elite status bonus:

  • Silver: 10% bonus
  • Gold: 25% bonus
  • Platinum: 50% bonus
  • Titanium/Ambassador: 75% bonus

Gold members and above can also receive additional points as their welcome gift, with 500 points for Gold and 1,000 points for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members.

Importantly, Homes & Villas stays also earn Elite Night Credits towards Marriott Bonvoy status, while qualifying spend counts towards the annual spend requirement for Ambassador Elite.

It’s a nice extra if you were already considering a Homes & Villas stay, although I wouldn’t get too excited about the headline bonus. A maximum of 10,000 Bonvoy points isn’t hugely generous when you need to spend at least $1,500 to qualify. The ability to stack the bonus with your normal points, elite bonus and Elite Night Credits makes it more worthwhile for regular Marriott Bonvoy members.

Visit Marriott Bonvoy Homes and Villas here to view the offer.

Amex adds 350+ hotels to Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection

American Express has added more than 350 hotels to Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) and The Hotel Collection, taking the combined portfolio to more than 3,400 properties across 116 countries.

This is good news for UK Amex Platinum cardholders, particularly as FHR can be one of the more valuable and sometimes overlooked benefits of the card.

Among the new additions are some interesting luxury properties, including Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca, Hotel Eden, Dorchester Collection in Rome, The Lake Como EDITION, Corinthia Rome, Punta Tragara in Capri and Cape of Senses on Lake Garda. Spain also gains new options including Rosewood Villa Magna in Madrid.

Further afield, Amex has highlighted ESPACIO Nagoya Castle in Japan, while Casa Lucia in Buenos Aires joins The Hotel Collection.

With Fine Hotels + Resorts, Platinum cardholders receive benefits including daily breakfast for two, a $100 property credit, guaranteed 4pm late checkout, noon check-in where available and a room upgrade where available.

The Hotel Collection offers a slightly reduced set of benefits and requires a minimum two-night stay, but includes a $100 property credit and potential room upgrade.

We’ve actually been using Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts more recently and have been pleasantly surprised by the pricing. It’s always worth comparing rates, but on some of our recent bookings Amex FHR has actually been the best rate available, even before taking the additional benefits into account.

That was the case with our recent stay at ME London, where booking through FHR offered excellent value once you factored in the breakfast, hotel credit and other benefits. When FHR is already matching or beating the hotel’s direct rate, those extras effectively become a very valuable bonus.

I’ve always thought guaranteed 4pm checkout is one of the strongest FHR benefits, particularly for a city break or when you have an evening flight. Add breakfast for two and the $100 property credit, and the value can quickly become substantial at an expensive luxury hotel.

Of course, FHR won’t always be the cheapest, so I’d still compare the Amex rate against booking directly. But based on some of our recent stays, it’s definitely worth checking rather than assuming that booking through Amex will cost more.

With 350+ new additions, it’s good to see the choice expanding further, particularly with more independent and genuinely interesting luxury hotels joining the programme.
