If you are looking to book a hotel in the near future, there are a number of offers on which may be worth looking at.

Mr and Mrs Smith

If you are a Visa cardholder you can get a discount on many of the Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts. You just show your Visa on arrival and use it to pay.

Although it is not included in the offer, you may be interested to know that Tom Kerridge, chef-owner of the two star Michelin pub, The Hand and Flowers in Marlow will be opening a new restaurant at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. There is no date for opening yet.

 

Up to 30% off IHG including Intercontinental & Crowne Plaza

IHG hotels are offering up to 30% off weekend stays at their hotels if you have a MasterCard. You don’t need to pay with it, just have one to book! There are various rules to get the reduction and it only applies to the best available rate, so it won’t give you 30% off a cheap advance purchase rate. The catch is you still have to prepay. You must book at least 21 days in advance. It is only valid on certain UK and European IHG hotels. There are 2 levels of discount:

  • 20% discount at InterContinental, stays to include a Friday or Saturday (rate includes breakfast)
  • 30% discount at all other IHG brands on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Stays must be booked by 31 March 2018 and completed by 31 December 2018.
