Triple IHG Points This Summer + Combine with the ‘Summer Bonus’ Offer
IHG has just announced a new triple base points offer for cash stays between 1st July and 30th September.
Out of IHG’s 19 brands, just 5 are part of this offer, including:
- Vignette Collection – Luxury and Lifestyle Collection
- Crowne Plaza – Premium Collection
- voco – Premium Collection
- Candlewood Suites – Suites Collection
- Garner Hotels – Essentials Collection
Crowne Plaza, Voco, and Vignette Collection are of most interest here. Crowne Plaza has over 400 hotels worldwide, including plenty in the UK (and many airport hotels), and Voco Hotels has 94.
Vignette Collection hotels are extremely limited in the UK, with just the Halyard Liverpool. Elsewhere in Europe, there are hotels in Lisbon, Porto, and Budapest – perfect for a city break. Garner Hotels in the UK include Haymarket Edinburgh and Preston Samlesbury.
To earn triple points, you must register for the offer before 30th June. Even if you have an existing booking, you will still get triple points if you register. You can register for the triple points promotion here.
Example: 3x Points
Say you book a 3 night stay at an IHG hotel for a total of £222.30, which converts to roughly $300*. Under the standard IHG One Rewards rate of 10 points per $1, you’d earn 3,000 base points.
With the 3X Unlimited promotion, you’d receive an extra 6,000 bonus points, giving you 9,000 points for the stay.
Add Your Elite Bonus
The great thing about this offer is that the 3X bonus is based solely on the base points you’d earn as a standard IHG One Rewards member. This does not take into account elite bonuses, which apply to your base points only (not your bonus points):
- Silver Elite: 20%
- Gold Elite: 40%
- Platinum Elite: 60%
- Diamond Elite: 100%

Combine This Offer with the IHG Summer Bonus Until 31st August
Overlapping promotions are also not taken into account. This means you can combine this offer with the IHG summer bonus of 2,000 points every two nights or 8,000 points every four nights if your stay is before 31st August.

Example: 3x Points + Summer Bonus
For example, if your stay were £222.30 per night ($300), a 4-night stay would be £889.20 ($1,200). Your stay would earn 12,000 base points based on the 10 points per $1 rate. You would also earn 24,000 bonus points from the promotion.
Add the 24,000 bonus points to your 12,000 base points, and your total with elite status becomes:

Diamond: 48,000 points
Add in the IHG Summer Bonus, your 4 night stay would earn you an extra 8,000 points. This would bring the total value of your 4-night stay utilising both the x3 Bonus Points and Summer Bonus offers to 44,000 points as a standard member, to 56,000 points as a Diamond Elite member!
Note that Candlewood Suites earn a lower base rate of 5 points per $1.
Worth It?
These offers make it well worth looking for one of the 5 participating brands if you have a choice in your chosen area. Reward nights are priced between 5,000 and 70,000 points per night in 5,000 increments.

The Hilton Summer Sale: Up to 20% Off Weekend Stays
The Hilton summer sale is still running. You can get up to 20% off weekend summer stays across more than 500 hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
To take advantage of sale rates, you must book your stay by 2nd September and stay by 7th September 2025.

It’s worth noting that non-members get 15% off rather than 20%. If you’re not yet a member, make sure you sign up before booking.
Only non-flexible rates are included in the sale. However, the bookings aren’t too far in advance, making it less risky.
Not all weekends are eligible at participating hotels. If you want to take advantage of this offer, it’s worth doing an in-depth search of several hotels to find the best deals.

Earn up to 12 Avios per £1 spent on LeShuttle Bookings

You’ll collect 6 Avios for every £1 spent on standard tickets and 12 Avios for every £1 spent on Flexiplus tickets.
LeShuttle operates a cross-channel service from Folkestone to Calais in 35 minutes.
Although purchasing LeShuttle vouchers with Avios is not good value (1,000 Avios for a £5 voucher), collecting Avios with your booking will add nicely to your balance, especially with this promo. If you travel with LeShuttle and collect Avios, there’s no reason not to sign up for this offer.
The cost for a dummy booking in Standard Plus from 17th to 24th July is £327. If you were to book this, you would earn 3,924 Avios. The same journey with the Standard fare would be £274 and earn 1,644 Avios.
How to Collect Avios with LeShuttle
When you sign up for Club LeShuttle, you will get access to promotions and rewards for frequent travel.
- Sign up and log in to your account.
- Go to My Account and add your British Airways number.
- Search for the date and time you want to travel and follow the steps on the LeShuttle website to complete your booking. Make sure you add the code 25AVIOSJUNE
