British Airways sale
BA yesterday launched their latest sale which not only has some good prices but also offers discounted part pay with Avios deals as well as the 50% bonus on buying Avios which I talked about yesterday.
Members of the Executive Club will benefit from four additional offers during the sale, including:
- Save with Avios part payment
- 20% off hotel or car hire
- Purchase Avios and get a 50% Bonus
- Collect double Avios by shopping through the eStore

British Airways’ sale launched with discounts on flights and holidays from Heathrow, Gatwick and London City. Over 120 destinations are on offer in the sale, which runs until 11.59pm on May 21 2019,
BA Holidays
Booking flights with a car or hotel can often be cheaper than a flight alone or have additional savings over booking them separately. It also offers the opportunity to just pay a deposit until nearer the time as well as collecting an additional 1 Avios per £1 spent on top of the usual flight and car hire Avios. Plus if you book a flight + hotel or flight + car holiday in the sale and you can make the following additional savings:
- £100 extra discount with a minimum spend of £2,500 per booking
- £50 extra discount with a minimum spend of £1,250 per booking
These savings are available on top of the existing sale prices and only available until 7 May.

Marriott flash sale
Marriott has announced a flash sale to save 30% on summer stays in Europe at participating hotels. To get the full dicount you will need to be a Marriott Bonvoy member but it is free to join.
As usual, the catch is that full prepayment is required at the time of booking and they are non-refundable or amendable except in the first 24 hours after booking. You are also restricted to one regular room per stay, per member, based on double occupancy.
